We totally get it – life happens. But if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. That way, we can give your spot to someone else who’s dying to ditch their razors.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

Here’s the deal:
If you cancel *less than 24 hours before your appointment* or simply don’t show up (ouch), we won’t be able to refund your payment. Think of it as a “thank you” for the empty room we saved just for you and the laser that missed you terribly.

No hard feelings – we still love you. Just let us know ahead of time, and we’re all good!
