Olena is always punctual, she’s friendly, and her prices are great. She walked me through the process for laser hair removal and eyebrow tattoo removal. I’ve only done 3 laser hair removal sessions and 1 tattoo removal so far and already noticing the results. The tattoo removal results were literally instant. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Olena! She is incredibly professional, clean, detail-oriented, and makes you feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment. You can immediately tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in what she does. And her laser machine is seriously MAGIC! I saw a noticeable difference after my very first session, which honestly amazed me. The results have been incredible, and I’m so happy with how everything is progressing. She takes her time, explains everything, and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. If you’re thinking about getting laser, I HIGHLY recommend Olena. I completed six sessions of under arm and legs (below the knee) laser hair removal with Olena. It was honestly such a pleasure. She’s so kind and thoughtful and was flexible with my schedule when things came up and I had to reschedule. And the laser hair removal is great! It didn’t hurt as much as I expected and was really such an easy process. I also think her price point is really great compared to those big companies that charge an arm and a leg for every body part. I’ve already talked to Olena about coming back for my bikini line! Delicious coffee, thoughtful treats, a wonderful technician, and most importantly, amazing results! Alena uses a  perfect laser, and by my third session, the hair in my underarm and bikini areas had almost completely disappeared. The procedure is incredibly comfortable—I used to experience pain during laser hair removal, but with Alena it’s a completely different experience. She has a cozy treatment room in a great location.
