We totally get it – life happens. But if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. That way, we can give your spot to someone else who’s dying to ditch their razors.

24+ HOURS NOTICE
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance — NO FEE.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS
Late cancellation or rescheduling — $25 fee.

NO-SHOW
Missed appointment without notice — $50 fee.

LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving more than 15 minutes late — $20 fee.

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies. Fees apply when disclosed and accepted as part of the booking policy.

No hard feelings – we still love you. Just let us know ahead of time, and we’re all good!
